Exchange & Returns Policy

Gemr only accepts exchanges & returns that meet a few very important requirements:

  • Wrong size(s) shipped due to our error
  • Incorrect item(s) shipped due to our error
  • Print or material flaws due to production error (and we’re gonna need a picture or two so we can see what went wrong).

Note: Claims must be submitted no later than 15 days after delivery date.

Gemr will not accept returns for the following:

  • Customer provided an incorrect address
  • Courier deems the address as insufficient
  • Customer ordered the wrong size
  • Buyers remorse
