Gemr only accepts exchanges & returns that meet a few very important requirements:
- Wrong size(s) shipped due to our error
- Incorrect item(s) shipped due to our error
- Print or material flaws due to production error (and we’re gonna need a picture or two so we can see what went wrong).
Note: Claims must be submitted no later than 15 days after delivery date.
Gemr will not accept returns for the following:
- Customer provided an incorrect address
- Courier deems the address as insufficient
- Customer ordered the wrong size
- Buyers remorse
