You may be here because you received the message "That user account is not yet verified." when attempting to log in.
If you registered with an email address and password, you'll need to verify your email address before you can log in to Gemr. Check the inbox of the account you used to sign up for Gemr for an email with the subject line "Verify your account" that includes verification link - click the link to get started on Gemr! If you don't see this message in your inbox, check to be sure that it didn't end up in your spam folder (sometimes this can happen.)
If you cannot find the verification message in your account, please submit a ticket and we'll happily look into this issue and get your account verified.
