Each dealer sets his own return policies, which can be viewed by clicking on the View Store Policieslink to the right of an item's description. To return an item, you must contact the dealer directly.
The seller shall allow the buyer not less than 24 hours once an item is received to contact the seller regarding a return and not less than three (3) business days for him to package and ship the item back to the seller. If the seller wishes to allow the buyer more time, he may do so by stating this information in his return policy. Any restocking fee must be outlined there . In the event of a chargeback, the seller should contact the buyer to see if there was a problem with the purchase and work with him to rectify the situation.
